The Stalk begins every new patient visit with a detailed history and exam. This is done to identify exactly what is generating your pain/dysfunction, to personalize treatments, and to develop an effective care plan. There is paperwork to complete prior to the exam, so it is helpful to show up 15 minutes early for an initial visit.
New patient initial visits are scheduled for 60 minute time slots. Follow up exams and standard visits are scheduled for 30 minute time slots.
We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare insurances. We also offer a cash rate for those who do not have coverage or for those whose insurance we are not in-network with.
As a courtesy to those with insurance, we will verify your chiropractic coverage. This is not a guarantee of benefits. It is the patient’s responsibility to provide our office with complete and accurate insurance or billing information at the time of service. Our office cannot guarantee the amount that an insurance company will pay. Disputes with insurance companies are the responsibility of the insured.

Our goal is to treat you more effectively in as few visits as possible by using multimodal integrated treatments. Our intention is to get you back to doing the things you love. We are a progressive healthcare setting with roots in health, nutrition , and exercise. We will be offering services in those areas in the future.
Yes; We sell Aline functional insoles that are designed to keep your joints in an optimal position while moving.
We take check, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA accounts. All cash rate payments are due at time of service. Other payments are due upon receipt.
